Términos y condiciones

-You are over or at the age of 18.
-The estimated work time is a week or less, depending on the project.
-You can contact me through Instagram.
-If I feel uncomfortable with the project, I can reject it.
-Communication is key; after 5 days of not answering, I will cancel the commission with no option for a refund. If you have any issues, let me know beforehand.
-I can use the work for marketing, portfolio, and online demonstration.
-Do not pass my art as your own, sell the product, delete my signature, or edit my work. If you want to change something, let me know.
-All finished projects will be uploaded on the artist's platform. If you want yours to be private, it'll cost 8.00$ extra.
-I do not accept comments about the prices; each of them is according to the salary x hour of my country, and I will not charge less than that. Any comments about them will immediately cancel the commission.
-I'm still adjusting the prices, they may change over time. But if I already made a negotiation with you, the price will remain the same.
-English is not my first language, so please be patient with me.

-El tiempo estimado de trabajo es de 1 semana o menos dependiendo del pedido.
-Puedes contactarte por por Instagram.
-Si no me siento cómodo con el pedido, puedo rechazarlo.
-La comunicación es importante, si no respondes hasta máximo 5 días voy a cancelar el pedido sin derecho a rembolso. Si se te dificulta, házmelo saber con anticipación.
-El artista puede utilizar el trabajo realizado para fines de marketing, relleno de portafolio, y demostración online.
-No está permitido hacer pasar el trabajo como suyo, vender el producto, eliminar firmas o editar el trabajo. Si quieres que algo se cambie, házmelo saber.
-Los trabajos realizados se subirán a plataformas que el artista estime conveniente, si quiere permanecer privado se agregará un cargo extra de 8.00$.
-No se aceptan criticas acorde a los precios, los precios están puestos acorde al valor por hora de mi país y no se cobrará menos de lo estipulado. Cualquier comentario al respecto se rechazará inmediatamente.
-Aún estoy ajustando mis precios, podrían cambiar con el tiempo. Sin embargo si ya hice negocios contigo el precio se mantendrá.

-I won't work unless you pay half the total price.
-If you ask for changes after the work is done, an extra charge will be applied.
-You can ask for a refund if the artist has not started working on the commission.
